Mike Blair

Coach Mike Blair is entering his 10th year coaching pole vault, currently in his third season at Williams College. With experience at LSU and Tufts University, he has coached nationally recognized athletes and contributed to team championships. A former All-American decathlete and NESCAC champion at Tufts, his coaching focuses on individualized development, technical precision, and a supportive team environment, a process which has led to multiple national qualifiers and All-Americans.
